Clement has been involved with Lulu Thamani from it’s conception offering guidance on strategy and corporate governance. He is a career customer engagement professional whose passion is in helping organizations engage effectively with their target customers with the view of increasing sales and winning market share.

Miano is currently the Managing Director at Gap Marketing and before that he was the National Market Activation Manager at Safaricom. When he is not working Clement enjoys travelling listening to music. He is married and blessed with a son.
