This program is meant to enhance adolescent knowledge and positive attitudes towards sexual and reproductive health, and healthy behaviors through working with young women peer educators, and school going girls in rural communities that highly religious, and patriarchal.
Through these awareness, educative sessions and simplest localized mediums of communication, we aim to retain adolescent girls in schools, amplify their voices, provide them a chance to make choices about their bodies, reduce early child marriage, and be able to change the communities attitudes towards sexual and reproductive health (guardians, chiefs, village elders, church leaders, health service providers, school heads, members of the community, and government officials).
We train and equip women in these communities with skills to make hygiene kits which are distributed to the young school going girls.
